Forest Bathing, also known as Shinrin-yoku, is a practice that originated in Japan in the 1980s. It involves immersing oneself in nature, intentionally and mindfully, to improve physical, mental and emotional health. This course will introduce you to the art and science of Forest Bathing and its many benefits.
